01
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, logging in with Steam, joining a queue, connecting to a match server, using KarasuClient, buying a subscription, submitting a ticket, or otherwise using KarasuCS, you agree to these terms and the rules shown in the platform.
If you do not agree, do not use KarasuCS. If you use KarasuCS on behalf of a team, club, tournament, community, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that they will follow these terms too.
02
What good users can expect
KarasuCS is built for players who want fair CS2 matches, clear rules, honest moderation, and community-first development. Good users should be able to play, report issues, appeal decisions, and understand what data exists without feeling like every rule is aimed at them.
The strict parts of these terms exist because competitive platforms attract malicious users: cheaters, ban evaders, griefers, chargeback abusers, impersonators, scrapers, and people who try to manipulate staff or other players. We reserve the tools needed to deal with them while trying to be clear and reasonable with normal players.
03
Accounts, Steam identity, and eligibility
- You must use your own Steam account and keep your account/session secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless you can show it was compromised and you cooperated with recovery.
- You may not sell, rent, share, borrow, transfer, or trade accounts for the purpose of bypassing restrictions, hiding identity, boosting, smurfing, manipulating results, or avoiding moderation.
- You may not create or use duplicate accounts to evade bans, mutes, queue restrictions, payment restrictions, cooldowns, rank penalties, staff decisions, or identity checks.
- We may require account linking, username setup, region checks, Steam identity review, client compliance, phone/email verification, or other eligibility checks before allowing access to certain queues, matches, events, payouts, prizes, or administrative features.
04
Competitive integrity rules
- Cheating, cheat software, scripting, macro abuse, recoil/aim assistance, wallhacks, radar hacks, triggerbots, sound/visual exploits, unauthorized overlays, memory tampering, packet tampering, and any tool that gives unfair advantage are prohibited.
- Exploit abuse, map abuse, server bug abuse, economy abuse, disconnect abuse, pause abuse, timeout abuse, ready-check abuse, team-switch abuse, spectator abuse, coach-slot abuse, lobby abuse, veto abuse, queue sniping, and intentionally forcing remakes are prohibited.
- Boosting, deranking, account piloting, match fixing, win trading, throwing, ghosting, stream sniping, collusion, fake forfeits, and manipulating rank, stats, rewards, leaderboards, events, or tournament results are prohibited.
- If you discover a bug that affects matches, rewards, payments, privacy, security, or moderation, report it. Do not exploit it, teach others to exploit it, or use it to gain advantage.
05
KarasuClient, anti-cheat, and compliance checks
Some queues, matches, events, or features may require KarasuClient or other integrity checks. If required, you must keep the client running, updated, untampered, and reporting healthy compliance while using those features.
You may not bypass, disable, spoof, reverse engineer, patch, tamper with, virtualize, sandbox, block, replay, fake, or interfere with KarasuClient, server plugin checks, heartbeat checks, integrity checks, identity checks, or anti-abuse systems. You also may not help others do those things.
If compliance fails, is missing, looks suspicious, or cannot be verified, we may deny queue access, remove you from a match, cancel or forfeit a match, delay rewards, hold results for review, restrict the account, or require additional verification.
06
Match participation and server rules
- Only authorized participants may join assigned live match slots. Do not join another match, team, side, coach slot, spectator slot, or server unless the platform or staff explicitly allows it.
- You must follow team assignments, captain decisions, veto rules, connect deadlines, ready checks, server instructions, tournament lobby rules, and staff instructions related to active matches.
- Do not intentionally delay matches, refuse to connect, repeatedly dodge, abuse reconnects, fake technical issues, exploit server settings, interfere with warmup/live state, or disrupt other players.
- Match outcomes, forfeits, remakes, cancellations, substitutions, and dispute results may be decided by platform rules, server logs, staff review, available evidence, or automated systems.
07
Conduct toward players, staff, and the community
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, stalking, targeted abuse, impersonation, blackmail, extortion, and encouraging self-harm or violence are prohibited.
- Do not spam tickets, submit fake reports, forge evidence, crop or edit evidence deceptively, coordinate false accusations, pressure witnesses, bribe staff, threaten staff, or use reports to harass other users.
- Do not post malware, phishing links, token stealers, scam links, malicious downloads, illegal content, or instructions that help attack KarasuCS, players, staff, or third parties.
- Competitive trash talk can happen in CS, but it must not become targeted abuse, threats, hate, doxxing, or sustained harassment. Staff may judge context and pattern, not just single words in isolation.
08
Platform abuse and security restrictions
- Do not scrape, crawl, overload, spam, probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to KarasuCS, its API, servers, databases, admin tools, deployment systems, payment flows, or third-party integrations.
- Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, authorization, signatures, nonces, webhook validation, demo access controls, ticket permissions, role checks, queue restrictions, payment restrictions, or moderation restrictions.
- Do not use bots, automation, fake traffic, fake accounts, stolen accounts, shared proxies, VPN/proxy abuse, or scripted behavior to manipulate queues, stats, votes, reports, payments, events, or availability.
- Security testing is only allowed with explicit written permission from KarasuCS. If you find a vulnerability accidentally, report it privately and do not access, copy, modify, delete, or disclose data that is not yours.
09
Reports, evidence, appeals, and disputes
Users may report cheating, abuse, match issues, payment issues, and moderation concerns through the available support route or by contacting vlad@karasu.live where appropriate. Include relevant match IDs, demo timestamps, clips, screenshots, logs, and a clear description.
Appeals are not a promise of reversal. Staff may uphold, reduce, extend, modify, or remove penalties based on available evidence, account history, severity, cooperation, and platform risk. Repeated bad-faith appeals or harassment through appeals can lead to further restrictions.
We may refuse to share raw anti-cheat signals, private reports, staff notes, security methods, or another user’s personal data if disclosure would compromise investigations, privacy, security, or future enforcement.
10
Moderation and enforcement powers
- We may issue warnings, remove content, close tickets, restrict queue access, restrict chat or community features, remove badges or entitlements, cancel matches, forfeit matches, adjust results, reset stats, remove leaderboard entries, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, block devices or networks, or remove accounts and related platform data when we believe it is needed to protect KarasuCS, players, staff, match integrity, payment integrity, or service security.
- Enforcement may be based on automated signals, manual review, match logs, server logs, demos, clips, screenshots, client/compliance data, support history, payment/fraud signals, community reports, staff observations, or trusted third-party information.
- We may act immediately without prior notice where we believe there is cheating, account compromise, fraud, harassment, security risk, infrastructure abuse, legal risk, match-integrity risk, or risk to other users, staff, or KarasuCS itself.
- We may keep safety, integrity, fraud, and moderation records after enforcement to prevent ban evasion, repeated abuse, chargeback abuse, legal claims, or manipulation of future investigations.
11
Payments, Karasu+, refunds, and chargebacks
- Paid features or subscriptions provide the benefits shown at purchase time, subject to platform availability, payment provider status, account standing, and these terms.
- Payment does not buy competitive advantage, moderation protection, ban immunity, appeal priority, special evidence standards, or permission to break rules. Donors, friends, staff, known players, and new players are all subject to enforcement.
- Benefits may be changed, paused, revoked, or removed if a payment fails, subscription is cancelled, refund is issued, chargeback occurs, fraud is suspected, account is restricted, or the feature changes as the platform develops.
- Chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, payment fraud, refund manipulation, reselling accounts or benefits, and attempts to use payment status to pressure moderation are prohibited and may lead to permanent restriction.
12
Content, demos, and user submissions
You keep ownership of content you submit where applicable, but you give KarasuCS permission to host, store, process, display, copy, review, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate the platform, show match history, provide support, investigate reports, enforce rules, promote events, and protect the community.
This includes usernames, avatars, club content, posts, reports, support messages, clips, screenshots, demos, dispute evidence, tournament content, and match-related records. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, content that violates law, or content that exposes private information unnecessarily.
13
Privacy, data, and transparency
Use of KarasuCS is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Good users should be able to understand what is collected and why. At the same time, users should understand that competitive integrity requires keeping match logs, security logs, anti-abuse evidence, moderation records, and payment records where needed.
We may preserve data that is necessary to investigate cheating, abuse, fraud, ban evasion, account compromise, infrastructure attacks, legal claims, or disputes, even if a user asks for deletion or stops using the service, where permitted by law.
14
Service availability, changes, and beta features
- KarasuCS is provided as-is and as-available. We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect matchmaking, error-free statistics, permanent demo availability, or compatibility with every CS2 update, device, network, or third-party service.
- Features may be experimental, delayed, changed, removed, limited by region, limited by eligibility, or temporarily disabled for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal reasons, cost control, security, or platform development.
- Game updates, server problems, hosting issues, payment provider issues, Steam issues, network problems, malicious attacks, or staff interventions may affect matches, rewards, queues, support, billing, or account access.
15
Third-party services
KarasuCS may rely on Steam, payment providers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics/monitoring providers, storage/CDN providers, and other third-party services. Their outages, rules, account decisions, or data practices may affect your use of KarasuCS. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
16
No professional or guaranteed outcome promises
KarasuCS does not promise that every cheater will be caught, every report will be correct, every match will be perfectly balanced, every demo will be available forever, every stat will be permanent, or every moderation outcome will satisfy every player. We will use reasonable platform processes, but competitive services always involve judgment, technical limits, and imperfect information.
17
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KarasuCS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; lost rank; lost rewards; missed matches; tournament disappointment; account restrictions; third-party outages; or harm caused by other users.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to KarasuCS for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher minimum.
18
Indemnity and responsibility for misuse
If your misuse of KarasuCS, breach of these terms, fraud, cheating, harassment, illegal conduct, content, or attack on the platform causes claims, losses, chargebacks, investigations, costs, or damages, you agree to be responsible for those consequences to the extent permitted by law.
19
Account suspension, removal, and survival
We may suspend, restrict, deactivate, permanently ban, or remove an account and related platform access when we believe it is reasonably needed to protect KarasuCS, players, staff, match integrity, payment integrity, legal compliance, operational security, or service reliability. This can include removing profile-facing data, access to queues, community features, subscriptions/entitlements, demos, tickets, or other platform areas.
Some terms continue after account closure, including rules about evidence retention, payments, liability, indemnity, privacy, and enforcement history.
20
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when KarasuCS changes, when new features are added, when abuse patterns appear, when vendors or payment flows change, or when legal requirements change. Material updates may be announced on the site or in-platform where practical.
Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the update, stop using KarasuCS.
